A powerful bouquet, more classical Chablis than the Humeur du Temps, and being a de Moor wine, has much more character, of course, than a commercial Chablis. More body, significantly more, without being in any way heavy, with a citrus freshness which helps prolong the finish. Exquisite. Drink from 2025-2032. Tasted: October 2023. Five-Star Wine.
